The time is definitely upon us that Karamea says more witty things than I can remember to write down. A month and a half ago, I posted the following status on the ubiquitous book of face:
---
Oh yeah, and her little sheep's name? Bobby. Say it. Baaa-bby. Oh my. (She might have had a little help from daddy on that one...)
---
For how well she speaks, there is one endearing mispronunciation that has stuck: Popsticle instead of popsicle.
---
Last night at dinner, she told us that she doesn't know what she is going to look like when she grows up. Mark asked her what he would look like when he grew up and, without much hesitation, she replied, "You'll have big glasses."
---
Mark found a baby snake while mowing the yard last month. Karamea was so brave and even held the snake for a few minutes.
Oh yeah, just remembered one more...We've talked about watching "Mary Poppins" soon, and when Karamea reminded me about it, but she called it "Poppy Marigolds", which I found totally adorable since she recently collected Marigold seeds with me for planting next year. She must have associated the name with the flowers and gotten it mixed up. Sweetest mistake ever! :)

Well, the story continued, and I forgot it until the other evening when Karamea was tucking her dog in for the night. A few days after calling her Alicia, she started calling her 'Alice'. We asked her why she changed the name, and she explained very matter-of-factly that she didn't change the dog's name; her name is Alice when she doesn't have a leash on and Alicia when she does. Sometimes there is no disputing the logic of a three year old. One can only smile and nod...
